Why is certain content restricted?

Can I pay with Cryptocurrency?
During this time we are not accepting crypto payments, however, we are looking into doing so in the future.
What is your refund policy?
We only offer refunds for membership if requested within the first 24 hours of your payment. If you would like a refund, please reach out to our support and we will get it processed as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my Trade Hero membership?
If you would like to cancel your Trade Hero membership, you can do so at anytime in your account. Once your remaining time runs out, you will no longer have access to private chat groups, content and updates.
What is included with membership?
You can see what features are offered with each membership level on our pricing page. Pro membership gives access to guides, forums and weekly newsletter updates, while VIP gives full access to private chat groups, daily content, time sensitive alerts and more.
How do I get access to the private chat groups?
Private chat groups are for VIP members only and you will be sent invite links after signing up and being verified. If you didn’t receive invite links after signing up for VIP, please reach out to support with your account info and Telegram/Discord username.

Do you have a referral program?
We don’t currently have a referral program but we’re working to add one in the near future. The referral program will give you 20% recurring commissions on every referral you send.
How do I upgrade my membership?
If you need to upgrade your membership, you can do this on your account page. If you need help, please reach out to our support team.
What new features will Trade Hero offer in the future?
